Terms of Service

1. The Service

ABIS is an AI behavioral monitoring platform. We provide continuous drift detection, behavioral scoring, and correction tools for large language model deployments. The service is delivered via API, MCP server, and customer portal.

2. Account Registration

To use ABIS, you must:

• Provide accurate account information (email, company name)
• Keep your API key secure and not share it with unauthorised parties
• Use the service only for its intended purpose — AI behavioral monitoring
• Be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter contracts on behalf of your organisation

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing:

• You authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• Prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ABIS to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the ABIS platform or its outputs
• Circumvent API rate limits or authentication
• Monitor models or systems you do not have authorisation to access
• Use outputs for any purpose that violates applicable law

5. Intellectual Property

ABIS is proprietary software owned by CIJ Labs. Patent GB2521226.7 applies. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of our IP. You own all data you input into the service.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions. Planned maintenance is announced with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIJ Labs' total liability for any claim arising from your use of ABIS is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms. On termination, your access ceases and we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
